How cooperation with our law firm works:
- you call us by phone, contact us via an online form or e-mail;
- briefly describe the matter;
- agree on a meeting date;
- explain the matter in detail at the meeting and submit the relevant documentation;
- the lawyer advises the possible or possible legal paths for achieving the goal set by you;
- if you decide to be represented, sign the power of attorney;
- During the representation, the law firm will keep you informed of any new developments (sending all applications and decisions to your e-mail address, at your request, or in the case of a complex factual situation of the case, the lawyer will also send prepared drafts of applications for your prior approval).
Possible ways of billing legal services:
Services provided in our law office are billed according to the valid Lawyer’s Tariff (https://www.odv-zb.si/odvetniska-zbornica/predpisi/tarifa/), unless we have previously agreed with the client on one of the following billing methods:
- as a percentage of the amount awarded to the client, but not more than 15% (“payment after success“);
- according to the agreed hourly rate (payment according to the time spent);
- a fixed reward for the agreed scope of services or the settlement of a legal matter;
- with a flat monthly or annual amount in case of permanent business cooperation (“flat rate“);
- a combination of any of the listed methods, except for the combination of payment after success and payment according to the Lawyer’s tariff.
